Freedom From Smoking Clinics
Check out these in-person Freedom From Smoking Clinics to help you quit for good.  

Sadler Health is offering FREE cessation classes at Cumberland Crossings Retirement Community, Carlisle PA. Classes begin on April 19th and 20th, class times are at noon, 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. Registration is required. The program runs for 7 weeks and all participants are provided materials, incentives, and vouchers for free Nicotine Replacements or medications. To register and speak with a Cessation Specialist who will answer your questions and explain the program in detail, call: 717-960-4387 or email: healtheducation@sadlerhealth.org.

Gettysburg Hospital

  • When: Every Tuesday from January 6 – February 16 from 6 – 7:30 p.m., with a special session on Thursday, January 28
  • Where: Gettysburg Hospital Community Room C
  • Registration: Call 1-800-840-5905, 338-3259 or visit www.wellspan.org for more information or to sign up.  The cost is free, but space is limited.

Gettysburg Hospital also hosts one-on-one counseling sessions for those interested in quitting.  Each session lasts an hour and includes an evaluation, education on all over-the-counter nicotine replacement therapies and prescription medications, tips to help quit, information about various cessation programs and tailor a “quit plan” specific to the individual’s lifestyle.  Contact Jennifer Hobbs at (717) 338-3259 to set up an appointment
