• 12:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 16: St. Paul’s Episcopal Church's Eyes on Richmond lunchtime forum will feature Reggie Gordon, CEO of the Greater Richmond Red Cross, as well as Quitter in You information to help smokers quit for good. • 9 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 17: Richmond Fight for Air CLIMB! Bring the whole family to this community event featuring a Kids Play Area, Jonathan the Juggler, live music by local band Everyday People as well as information and resources on how to quit. • 5 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 17: The Richmond Derby Demons, a co-ed roller derby team that supports the Quitter in You, hosts the North vs. South derby challenge! The ultimate Mason-Dixon derby challenge will feature players from both sides of the Mason-Dixon line, including Quitter in You Ambassador Alisha Victorine. • Thursday, Nov. 19: Henrico Doctors Hospital, Parham Doctors Hospital and Retreat Doctors Hospital will mark the Great American Smoke Out by making their campuses tobacco-free today. The Lung Association will be on campus at each hospital from 1 to 4 p.m. to celebrate all the quitters — come join us!
